The Town Hall (which does not include pioneer green) will be available for rental by residents for a maximum of 6 hours unless otherwise approved by the Facilities Manager. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis, with security deposit in place to reserve the date and time. Deposits & fees MUST be paid two (2) weeks in advance of reservations or reservation will be canceled. Rentals may begin as early as 9:00 a.m. and must terminate by 11:00 p.m. based upon availability.

Resident Rentals: Security Deposit $150.00; Rental Fee $50.00 per six (6) hours. Over (6) Hours is $75.00.

Non-Resident Rentals: Security Deposit $750.00; Rental Fee $500.00 per six (6) hours.

RENTAL PROCESS:

  1. E-mail Jessica Hardin at jessica.hardin@merituscorp.com with your name, address, phone and date/time of event you wish to book.
  2. When your event day/time has been approved by Jessica, only then can you continue on to the next steps.

  4. Rental Payment: Rental forms and security deposit can be placed in drop box at Town Hall or dropped off to Jessica in person.  Please make checks payable to Longleaf CDD.  If you prefer to pay the rental fee via credit card, please see the links below. Please confirm that your desired date and times are availability BEFORE making your payment.
