The Longleaf Town Hall serves as the community center for all things Longleaf. Whether it’s a class, game night, tutoring sessions, or just a place to gather with your friends and play cards, the Longleaf Town Hall is there for the community’s use and enjoyment.

The Town Hall (which does not include Pioneer Green) will be available for rental by residents for a maximum of 6 hours unless otherwise approved by the District Manager. Rentals are on a first come, first serve basis, with security deposit in place to reserve the date and time. Deposits & fees MUST be paid two (2) weeks in advance of reservations or reservation will be canceled. Rentals may begin as early as 9:00 a.m. and must terminate by 11:00 p.m. based upon availability.

As of July 2018, your Town Hall rental may include use of the pool and/or playground. To be noted on forms at time of reservation and does not imply exclusive use.

Resident Rentals: Security Deposit $150.00; Rental Fee $50.00 per six (6) hours.

Non-Resident Rentals: Security Deposit $750.00; Rental Fee $500.00 per six (6) hours.

Little Free Library Take a Book, Leave a Book Founded by your Longleaf CDD & LNA

The Little Free Library is open! Come by Town Hall and pick up a book or leave a book to share with your Longleaf neighbors. There are kids as well as some teen and adult books.

Longleaf residents can access Town Hall (when not occupied by a rental or class) with your access card from 9am to 9pm.

Book Club

If you love reading and would like to get together and meet some of your Longleaf neighbors, please consider coming to the Book club.
The Book club will meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month in Town Hall from 7 to 9pm. This is a resident hosted event.
The next meeting will be November 13th. The next book will be The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See.

Dance with Ms. Dani

Dance classes for your little ones (ages 2 to 7) in Town hall. Classes are $12 each payable at the time of class.

No classes will be held the last Wednesday of the month.
